Funny Girl

Gabriella thinks that she is soooo funny. She started this little move the other day...When she does something that she "thinks" is funny, she bends over, covers either her mouth or eyes, and belly laughs. We have no idea where she learned this, but we think it is the cutest thing ever :)

Today

Gabriella put her shoes on all by herself this morning (ZERO help from us). Couldn't believe it!!!

Six Flags

Daniella and I took Gabriella to Six Flags Fiesta Texas to meet Stephanie and the boys. Gabriella rode her first ride ever. She had no patience to sit and wait while other riders were unloading, but loved it when the ride was moving.

Gabriella's favorite part was the water park. We spend about two and half hours chasing her around the kiddie pool area. She played in the wave pool, hung out under the cascading mushrooms, and slid down the whale and fish slides. She was so tired when we went home, but she still pitched a fit when we took her out of the water.

Playing The Drums

Gabriella has a knack for music. She loves to dance, especially to Hip-Hop. In San Antonio she discovered the drums. Grandpa Tom showed her how to play. She would sit at the drums and play along while he played the guitar. She loved it. When we got home she started playing the "drums" on the portioned areas of her high chair tray :)

New Friends

These are Gabriella's new friends, Doyle and Stewart. She loved all the dogs in the house, but was especially taken with Doyle. She wasn't even scared by how big he is, the size of a small pony!!!

She enjoyed spending time with Grandma Pam and Grandpa Tom. We also got to see Grammy, Stephanie, Jim, Barry and Matthew. It was quite a family get together.

First Plane Ride

Last week we took a trip to San Antonio to visit family. It was Gabriella's first plane ride. I was nervous about taking her all by myself, but she proved to be a great traveler (I just wish she was this good in the car). It was a short 2 hour flight and she played and listened to music the entire ride. She even learned how to wear headphones.
