Alfred Hitchcock

We may have a future Alfred Hitchcock on our hands.

Gabriella absolutely loves playing with Greg. She looks to both Greg and Beau for approval when it come to humor. Some may think that we teach Gabriella "weird" things. I think that we are teaching her to have a sense of humor. Enjoy our little horror movie.

Disney Adventures

Gabriella spent this past weekend experiencing Disney World for the first time. P-Pam and Grandpa Tom treated us all to a nice weekend. We started with Magic Kingdom. To say that it was hot would be an understatement. But, nonetheless we had a fabulous time. Gabriella was a trooper and made a round of the whole park with no nap. I think that there was too much excitement to even think about napping.

Our first ride was Pirates of The Caribbean. We weren't sure how it would turn out, but Gabriella seemed to enjoy it until there was a small drop and the voices got louder. She spent the rest of the ride in my lap, but still waving at the animated characters throughout the ride.

Her favorite ride was It's A Small World. We also rode the Tea Cups, Buzz Lightyear, Winnie the Pooh, and watched a Monsters Inc comedy show. She was sad to leave but ready to go to sleep.

Waiting for the trolley to arrive...SO Excited!!!

Nothing a little $10 balloon couldn't fix

Bidding farewell to Magic Kingdom

Saturday Daniella and her boyfriend, Chris, joined us for Animal Kingdom. What a difference, there was actually shade. Gabriella LOVED Animal Kingdom. We took a safari through Africa, strolled through Asian, and played with the Dinosaurs. It was actually amazing how close we could get to some of the animals. We have been to a few zoo's, but this was the first time that we saw each animal up close.

Beach Day

Aunt Denise and Uncle Carl made a quick trip to Clearwater this past weekend, so we packed up and headed south. It was a beautiful weekend. The weather was great, except for a quick storm on Saturday. We were able to get a lot of beach and pool time in.

So excited to see the waves

A storm coming in caused waves(unusual for the Gulf)

Just a quick photo from Easter that we had taken at the O2B party. They uploaded it so I thought that I would share.

Monkey Business

As of tomorrow morning our good friends, the Moran's, will no longer live just down the street. They have been given a fabulous opportunity to move about 20 miles outside of Gainesville, on 800 acres. Yes, folk I said 800 acres, that is not a typo.

For the past, almost, 4 years they have lived just a few houses down, and over that time we have created a lasting friendship. Beau and I have been lucky to watch Luke, their now 5 year old son, grow from a small boy to a young man that truly loves Gabriella. Jeanne and I were able to share the many exciting moments of pregnancy together, she with Nevan and I with Gabriella(they are only about 6 weeks apart). Watching Nevan and Gabriella together has been such a treat.

In the time that we have been friends we have shared laughter and tears. It will be hard to see them go.

No one is going to miss the Moran's more than Gabriella. On a daily basis, the minute she sees any of them, Gabriella yells down the street, "Hi Jeanne, Hi Patchy, Hi Luke, Hi Nevan." It brings me to tears to think how many times we are going to walk past their door and Gabriella is going to try and knock and not understand when I tell her that we can't knock because they no longer live there.

I know that they are just in the next town over, but it will definitely be an adjustment.

Here is Gabriella, Nevan, and Luke playing while the truck was getting packed.
