It should only be a few weeks and Gabriella will be walking. I can see her thinking about it when she is trying to go from one side of the living room to the other or when we are outside and she sees all the kids on our street out playing together. She heads right for them as fast as she can. It won't be long before she is running right over to be in the mix.
She finally has some teeth. Three to be exact (all on the bottom). It seems that they have taken forever to finally push through.
She says a few words really well...like mama, dada, and yum-yum. Oh, she calls her blankie ying-ying. She doesn't like to go anywhere without it. In fact today I put it in the washing machine and she kept reaching in and pulling it back out. She cried when I closed the door.
She is starting to imitate a lot more of the things that we do. She likes to take my scarves and wrap them around her like a shawl. Or, I gave her a make-up brush to play with and she took it and swiped it across her face as if she was putting blush on.
I cannot believe that she is getting so big. I am looking forward to all the new milestones that are to come.
Outside enjoying the beautiful weather and trying to clear up some diaper rash.
Gabriella riding her little buggy.
She likes to keep Cheerios in the front flap.
