A new milestone has been reached. Gabriella is learning to go pee-pee in the pottie.
For the past few weeks we have been showing her that pee-pee and caca go in the toilet. When she poops we take the dirty diaper and flush the poo. Gabriella thinks that it is sooo fun to flush the caca and say "Buh-bye caca." After a few weeks of that we thought it was time to start the real training.
We are on day three of training and she is doing great. We have been letting her run around without a diaper since Monday. Within 5 minutes of being diaper-less she peed a little on the floor and then said "I go pee-pee." So we rushed to the bathroom and she went again on the pottie.
Needless to say I have been busy cleaning floors since Monday, but Gabriella is understanding the concept. This morning she ran around naked yelling "watch me mama, watch", when I would turn to look she would fart and say "excuse me I fart." Then she would run over to Beau and do the same thing. This went on for about four or five rounds. At one point she pushed out a little pee and said "oops" and ran to the bathroom and finished on the pottie.
